    I received an incorrect item, what should I do?

    Please contact us immediately at hello@primarygoods.com if you received an incorrect item, so we can process your return request as soon as possible.

    If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement, once the wrong item has been received for return.

    If the correct item is not available, either store credit or refund will be issued once the returned item is received and processed by our returns department.

    All returned/exchanged items must be in their original packaging with the original tags attached.

    Note: We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our Returns department.
