    Do you offer Signature on Delivery?

    We recommend making sure you're available to receive your package when it is set to be delivered by viewing your tracking information. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for the package once it is in the delivery carriers’ hands.

    We will automatically require Signature on Delivery for any order totaling $600 or more. If your order is not over $600 but you would still like a signature required for delivery, please reach out to orders@primarygoods.com with your name and order number. We will be happy to require Signature on Delivery for your package without any additional charge.
