    What is your Return Policy?

    The 100 Night Trial 

    We are confident that you’ll love our Primary Goods products. We encourage you to try your sheets for at least 30 nights, starting upon delivery. This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new sheet and to and get to know you a bit better. If you are not sleeping better, waking up better, and living better before 100 nights, let our team know within your trial window to initiate a return.

    Please note: Final-sale orders are not eligible for the 100 Night Trial.

    Return Schedule

    All returned items should be in their original packaging (bags) including tags. Once your return is validated, our team will help facilitate the process. If you return your items after 100 nights of their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return. 

    We exclusively use natural dyes with all of our products; as such, a color variation from images on the website to the physical products received is not a valid reason for a return.

    We are committed to using our business as a force for good so instead of putting all of our returns in landfills, we’re taking those returned sheets and helping those who need it the most. In most cases, your returns will help a family sleep better. One in five households in poverty doesn’t have nice sheets to call their own. That’s where your return comes in. We just ask for a $19.99 Adoption Fee to help our customer service team locate a nice new home for your sheets. This fee will help cover the cost to locate a forever home, laundry, and delivery to a local charity. Doesn’t it feel good to give back?

    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. The $19.99 Adoption Fee applies to all states.

    All returned items must be in their original packaging and original tags attached.

    Exchange

     We hope you love our sheets as much as we do. If you think the color is not right for you, don’t sweat it! Please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist.

    To begin the exchange process, please send an email to hello@primarygoods.com and our team will help validate and facilitate the exchange process.

    Any product you wish to exchange must be in the same condition you received it, and is subject to a $9.99 service fee per transaction.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any Primary Goods product at any time.

    All items for exchange must be in their original packaging and original tags attached.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Note: We are not responsible for lost returns, so please ensure you send the return with a trackable carrier. 

    Lost/Stolen Orders on Delivery

    When you purchase a Product and/or Service ("Package") from Primary Goods, you agree to not hold Primary Goods responsible for any issues arising from lost or stolen deliveries of your Package ("Delivery Failure").

    You also agree that as soon as Primary Goods can show that the Package is in the possession of a delivery service (e.g. FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.), Primary Goods is no longer responsible for the successful delivery of said Package. 

    If a Delivery Failure occurs, you agree not to file a chargeback against Primary Goods, and that Primary Goods is not obligated to assist with the recovery of your Package.

     

    Disclaimer: By using this website and purchasing from Primary Goods LLC, you hereby agree that any and all refunds, returns, exchanges or any other compensation post-purchase is at the sole discretion of Primary Goods, LLC and that the Company’s word shall be binding and final.

    All items purchased through our website are pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that you assume the risk of loss and title for such items upon the tender of the item to the delivery service.
